- Studio 1 and Studio 2 connected - possibility to use studio 2 as a "mixing room".

- Insulation – The walls covered with "acoustic boards".
- Studio hours - The artist can be on site 24/7.

- Hooks in the ceiling in Studio 1 - possibility of heavy hanging.
- Lamps – Studio 1: General lighting and spotlight rails, 20 movable spotlights as needed. Studio 2: 10 spotlight rails.

- Food - Pontus Frithiof runs a café, lunch restaurant and the luxurious rooftop restaurant "La Tour" at the top of DN-Skrapan. Everything from catering, breakfast with freshly baked bread in the studio to table or 3rd chambre séparée at "La Tour" - we can solve everything for you.
- Gym - We have an advantageous deal with Oasen Gym, which is located in the building - there is a gym, classes to book and a lovely 15 meter pool.
- Direct PR/Showcase – DN, Expressen, BauerMedia with MIX, Rock Classics, NRJ, Lugna Favoriter are located in DN-Skrapan.
